Why this happens
Aspirin works by preventing blood cells (platelets) from sticking together to form clots. Evolocumab is a monoclonal antibody that helps the liver remove LDL ('bad') cholesterol from the blood. Because they work through entirely different pathways in the body and are processed by different organs, they do not interfere with each other's effectiveness or safety.
What you should do

While Rybelsus is primarily for blood sugar, it can sometimes cause a slight reduction in blood pressure or a small increase in heart rate. When combined with a blood pressure medicine like amlodipine, you might feel slightly more dizzy or lightheaded, especially when standing up quickly.

Taking amlodipine and Nustendi (ezetimibe) together can increase the amount of one of the ingredients in Nustendi (bempedoic acid) in your bloodstream. This may increase the risk of side effects from Nustendi, such as high levels of uric acid in the blood (which can cause gout) or, in rare cases, tendon problems.
