Can I take Amlodipine and Danazol together?

Why this happens

Pregnancy

Blood clots and stroke

Danazol significantly increases the risk of serious blood clots and can cause increased pressure inside the skull. Seek immediate medical help if you experience severe headaches, blurred vision, or sudden leg swelling.

Grapefruit juice

Grapefruit juice can increase the amount of amlodipine in your blood, which may cause your blood pressure to drop too low and increase the risk of side effects like headaches or swelling. Avoid drinking large amounts of grapefruit juice.

Alcohol

While alcohol does not have a direct interaction, both alcohol and amlodipine can lower your blood pressure. Drinking alcohol while taking this medicine may make you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint.
